Article 1. Identity of the trader

Article 2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by K.F.N.Commerce and to every distance contract concluded through this webshop between K.F.N.Commerce and the consumer. The text of these terms is available in the webshop before the contract is concluded.

 

Article 3. The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered, sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind K.F.N.Commerce.

 

Article 4. Prices and payment

All stated prices include VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process. An order is processed after successful payment.

 

Article 5. Delivery

K.F.N.Commerce delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided to K.F.N.Commerce. Accepted orders are delivered as quickly as possible, at the latest within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. Current delivery times and shipping costs are set out in the shipping policy.

 

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer may cancel the purchase of a product during a 30-day cooling-off period without giving any reason. This is longer than the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. The cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, has received the product.

During the cooling-off period the consumer handles the product and packaging with care. Unpacking or using the product is only permitted to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Withdrawal can be notified by email to contact@kloove.nl, optionally using the model withdrawal form. The consumer returns the product within 14 days of notification, complete with accessories and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.

K.F.N.Commerce refunds all payments made by the consumer, including the delivery costs of the outbound shipment, within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal, as soon as the product has been received back or the consumer proves that it has been returned.

 

Article 7. Conformity and warranty

K.F.N.Commerce guarantees that the products comply with the contract, with the specifications stated in the offer and with reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. The statutory warranty applies in full.

 

Article 8. Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the contract can be submitted, fully and clearly described, via contact@kloove.nl. Complaints are answered within 14 days.

 

Article 9. Applicable law

Contracts between K.F.N.Commerce and the consumer are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
